Warranty

Will & Wind does not currently publish a separate fixed warranty period on the live site. If your product is faulty or damaged, contact the team and they will assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law also continue to apply.

Rather than specifying a separate blanket warranty, Will & Wind asks customers to contact the team about faulty or damaged products. Each issue can then be assessed based on the product, circumstances and applicable consumer guarantees.

Email hello@willandwind.com.au with your order details, a description of the issue and, where possible, photos showing the fault or damage. The team will review the information and advise on the next steps.

The current site does not publish a fixed warranty-review timeframe. Faulty and damaged product enquiries are treated as a priority, and the team will respond once they’ve reviewed the details provided.
