Refund policy

At Will and Wind, we’re committed to ensuring you’re 100% satisfied with your purchase. We pour our heart into perfecting our products and take great pride in making our customers happy.

If you’re not completely satisfied or simply change your mind, we’ve got a flexible and hassle-free returns policy to make it easy.

You can return your items within 60 days of receiving your order for either a full refund or a store credit in the form of a gift card. To qualify, items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging, just as you received them.

If you’d like to return an item, please email us at hello@willandwind.com.au with your order number, and let us know if you’d prefer a refund or store credit. Our friendly team will guide you through the process and ensure it’s handled quickly.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • Items need to be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from marks like makeup, tanning stains, perfumes, or pet hair.
  • Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Postage paid on your original order is non-refundable, and return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • We recommend using a registered or trackable postal service to ensure your item reaches us safely.

Once we receive your returned item, we aim to process your refund or issue your store credit within 48 hours, and we’ll email you once it’s done.

If you believe you’ve received a faulty or damaged product, please contact us straight away with details so we can treat it as a priority and resolve the issue for you.

We’re here to make your Will and Wind experience amazing, every step of the way. We are very reasonable and if you have any concerns about the products you've bought please feel free to reach out to us (even if you bought it years ago!). 

FAQs

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders over $150 within Australia qualify for free standard shipping. For orders under $150, shipping is calculated at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

For Australian orders, standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your towel in a hurry.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination. You can see shipping costs at checkout before you confirm your order.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your Will and Wind purchase. If you’re not 100% happy, you can return or exchange your towel within 30 days of delivery, provided it’s unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Can I track my order once it’s shipped?

Yes. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your Will and Wind package from our door to yours.

I’m a retailer, can you ship directly to me?

Absolutely. We love working with retailers, wholesalers, and tourism operators. Please visit our Wholesale & Retailers page to explore pricing, order quantities and co-brand opportunities.

Do you ship to the USA or US territories?

Yes. Tariffs will be charge in line with the USA Governments' policies. We also ship to many other international destinations via Australia Post.
