Terms & Conditions
Wholesale orders are a minimum of $500 after discount has been applied.
There are no minimum order quantities for any products. You can buy single units of products, as long as the total order meets the $500 wholesale threshold.
Wholesale Refund
We do not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind so please choose carefully. If goods arrive faulty we will replace asap.
Postage & Handling
Shipping orders are at the cost of the stockist. Australia Post is used for satchel orders and TNT is used for larger boxed orders. Shipping quotes can be provided once we know how large the order is.
Imagery
You are welcome to use our product images in your store or website to promote your Will & Wind products. If using any marketing images from our social media accounts please note fair usage and copyright rules apply- please credit the brand, photographer, model where ever possible.

FAQs
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over $150 within Australia qualify for free standard shipping. For orders under $150, shipping is calculated at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
For Australian orders, standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your towel in a hurry.
Do you ship internationally?
We do! International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination. You can see shipping costs at checkout before you confirm your order.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Will and Wind purchase. If you’re not 100% happy, you can return or exchange your towel within 30 days of delivery, provided it’s unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. For more details, please see our full Returns Policy page.
Can I track my order once it’s shipped?
Yes. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your Will and Wind package from our door to yours.
I’m a retailer, can you ship directly to me?
Absolutely. We love working with retailers, wholesalers, and tourism operators. Please visit our Wholesale & Retailers page to explore pricing, order quantities and co-brand opportunities.
Do you ship to the USA or US territories?
No. Due to tariffs, we’re unable to ship to the United States or its territories at this time. We do ship to many other international destinations via Australia Post.
